THE PROFESSION THAT I WOULD LIKE TO CHOOSE:
Currently I am pursuing Business in the college and after graduating there will be many options for me to select as a profession for myself. There are many options for me like- Accountant, Human Resource Manager, Marketing and Operational Management. But, my aim in life is to become a Human Resource manager. The main reason I always want to become a Human Resource manager is that I will be getting the chance to perform various tasks like- Planning, Directing, Controlling and Organizing. Moreover, it will give me the opportunity to meet new people, listen to their problems and looking for solutions also.
FUNCTIONS OF A HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER:
The main goal of a Human Resource manager to build a relationship between an employee and employer. Secondly, the HR also help the organization in the planning for their future goals. These goals might be short term or long term. Thirdly, the HR department is also responsible for the proper training and education of the new employees. Moreover, HR department also develops the policies and procedures for the employees of the company. HR department is always active enough to detect the risks that could become a threat for the company in future.

It is very important in every job to have some skills and knowledge about the job you are going to do. I have very good communication skills, so it is very easy for me to talk to people and listen to their problems. I know how to deal with the people of different personalities and also know how to keep myself calm and composed.
CONCLUSION After completing my graduation, I am all ready to apply for a Human Resource Manager. I have applied on Indeed, LinkedIn, Job search and some more sites for Human Resource manager. I will learn skills from others and also show my skills to them. It will further help me to develop my personality and succeed in that field. At last I would like to conclude

We all are living in modern era and social media has become an integral part of our life. Nowadays, more than half of the population in the world is addicted to it. It is mostly used to communicate with our friends and family members as well as we can share our thoughts and ideas with them. Moreover, it allows us to send photos and videos all around the world. Basically, it is a connection of websites and applications which permits the user to engage in the social networking.
Social media plays a vital role in all types of professions or businesses as it gives the new opportunities of employment to those who are looking for jobs. There are many online applications and websites that allows users to find a perfect job for them such as- Indeed, Job search, Zip recruiters and many more. These applications serve for both employers and employees. It grants the access to every individual to create their online profiles. Once an online profile is created than it becomes easy to find a job according to the requirement of an individual. Employers can find workers and people can find good jobs. Companies can upload information about the new vacancies for hiring along with the nature of the job.
